Last week the Scottish Green Party launched Rail for All, a proposal for the biggest rail investment programme Scotland has ever seen. Rail for All is a fully-costed £22 billion plan that would transform Scotland’s railway, giving us a modern, zero carbon network that is affordable and accessible to all.
